John, Thanks for awesome detailed fix on the ecu. I had the exact same symptoms. When it got cold, no start until I heard a clicking sound and then the engine light would flash until it fully lit. Only then would it start. So, replaced the 3 capacitors, and the next day it was in the 20's guess...
