The stainless header doesn't say it will fit a cj.

When did your motor start this? Also I would change oil and filter. Does it leak any oil also? Check how much oil you have to.

Wright now it is about $3.19 a gallon here in PA. It really sucks.

Those lines are so high I'd be more afraid of falling instead of getting shocked.

Check your brake lines to because it sounds like when your pedal fades to the floor it must be leaking fluid somewhere. Also check your vacuum line because it sounds like there is a leaking one. Replace any vacuum lines that are cracked to. Hope that helps. Also bleed your brakes.
