I had an 03 hard top on my 97 for a while, the rear two mounting holes had to be re-drilled in the hard top (not a big deal) as for the vents, you have to shut the door a little harder. you can feel the vacume of air when you shut the door, but not a huge deal, the rear defrost and wiper wire...

I am having the same problem, check engine light, loss of power, but my cat is making a rattle noise. I checked the codes and got 12 the first time, 21 the second and 55 the third. Any one have a list of what the codes mean, it does not metion it in my manual.
