If they are not street legal, how are they renting them and being driven around Pigeon Forge, TN? Saw my first one at the outlet stores parking lot today. They are renting for 295.00 for 24 hours, were Razor 1000 rents for 80.00 per hour! Had to take a double take and talk to guy driving it.
