I have stock front and rear axles on my '04 wrangler x and i want to upgrade the gears to 4.88. Any suggestions?

I just bought a 2004 TJ with a 3 inch body lift with 35's on it. I want to raise it a little more to give more room for the tires. What would be the best suspension lift solution for this?
