Hey, Long time jeep fan, first time owner. I have just bought a 1979 CJ-7 from my step-dad. It is kind of a fixer upper. My step dad was no mechanic. Lots of toggle switches and tread plate holing things together. But it has a good frame and is pretty good running and the drive train is good so I got a good platform to start with. Hopefully it with be shiney and new in accouple years
