Sounds like you have a bad connection to the battery, i know from experience that without a connection to the battery your voltage gauge will peg to 19V, it is also not good for the computer as it can fry it. Hope this helps

That was the problem with mine when i replaced the master cylinder. I just taped the 2 wires together. now you can start it without the clutch pressed in. comes in handy sometimes.

Figured it out. When I got home I had my roommate shake it while I watched underneath and turns out that the bottom bolt of the track bar bracket was loose. Looks like I forgot to tighten it. Whoops

The bracket that came with had only one bolt hole, now the front had 2. Its more like a body roll feel, which had me thinking the sway bars.
