97 header is only for 97, Why did they change the vents in 98, still cant figure that one out. ooow weight, mabee it has to do with the fact that my defrost is broken.

I was planning on getting the fipk k&n kit with a tb spacer and have my stock tb it borred out by a buddy, along with exaust and a header all at once, i hope to gain some power and increase my mpg, however the two usually dont go hand in hand.

Not sure if its the same for yj's but on my tj 2 inch BL, there is a bracket to extend the 4wd shifter linkage located on the side of the transmission. Not to mention, gas tank hose extension, and radiator drop. It was not extreemly comlicated, it just took longer than expected.

Ok, Then I must have it right. I heard the spacers pop after I flexed it out. I thought the reason that it did that was because they were not in correct, but if it was a self ajusting pop, then im good to go. Now ive had them in for a while everything seems to be ok.
