    Dash cams?

I've had a dash cam for years and it's mounted behind my rearview mirror and has never been stolen. I ran the wires around the windshield frame to help not draw attention to it. Also, I run over 6 months a year without doors and windows and have never had any issues.

Glad everyone survived that. It could have been much worse. And this seems appropriate -

    Dashcam for a Wrangler

I like the size of the Garmin and the price is right. Looks like it is $88 on Amazon with the wires. Robot Check Mine is only the one channel model so I'd have to buy the two channel if I want the rear camera but I've considered it.

    Dashcam for a Wrangler

Yeah, that's a good solution for a backup camera but what I meant was that these dash cams can have a front and a rear camera recording all the time. I don't think the camera is made to be mounted outside but rather mounted to the inside of the rear windshield. I would have to fab up some kind...

    Dashcam for a Wrangler

Yup, gotta love g love. I’d love to hook up a rear but would have to get creative to find a place to mount. Haven’t figured that out yet. Sent from my iPhone using Jeepz.com mobile app

    Dashcam for a Wrangler

Here is a clip I downloaded from it the other day. You can turn the sound down if you want. Quality is better on the original file.

it blends in a little bit better than the picture shows. The garage light is right above it illuminating it. Sent from my iPhone using Jeepz.com mobile app

    Dashcam for a Wrangler

I use a Blackview DR650 with just the one camera mounted behind the rearview mirror and really like it. The wire runs along the windshield and to the fuse box completely behind the trim. It turns on when I start the car and off when off so I never have to touch it and I know it's recording...

    Help choose a Jeep

It does seem high but it is low mileage, never been wrecked so it boils down to how much are you willing to pay. It started life as a corporate fleet vehicle in CO and has had 6 owners.

    Anyone else stuck at home?

I watched that video yesterday, thought it was pretty good. June 10th, Terry? I've not heard of anyplace with shelter orders that far away but it may be a good idea. I don't know if I can take over two more months of all of us at home. Don't get my wrong, I love my family but everyone needs some...

    Hey Howdy

Hey Turbogus, good to see you! Doing our best to keep away from it and just ready for it to be gone. Stay safe.

    Anyone else stuck at home?

That's probably smart but I haven't gone to that extent yet. I am extremely conscious of everything I touch and use sanitizer when I get back in the car and wash hands when I get home. Now they are saying you have to worry about your deliveries, saying the virus can live on cardboard for 24...

    Anyone else stuck at home?

5 days of working from home done. The dog only barked during a couple of meetings and my daughter is learning how to do group video chats for her classes. My wife is still going into work as it's a small business but luckily not retail. They are going to let go over half of their staff today so...

    Anyone else stuck at home?

I was already working from home two days a week just because I could but may go ahead and start full time after today. The only reason I came into the office today was because I was supposed to meet a guy to come do some cabling. Well, that got canceled until further notice so may head home at...

Very tempting. Don't need to spend the $ right now but ... maybe.

    Is this a trunk?

Yes, that is the factory option to turn your back area into a locking trunk. Perfect for laptop bags, duffel bags or whatever you need to lock up that will fit. I've had one in every jeep and are a must have in my opinion. You can sell it online for a pretty good price. I have an aftermarket one...

    One person Jeep hardtop removal

Looks like a great solution! I wish I had one when I still had my hardtop. I did remove it a couple times by myself by lifting it up on my back and walking it off but that's a great way to kill your back. Seems really pricey. I would not spend that much for something I would only use a couple...
