I've killed the ebay section of Jeepz.com

Terry, it is your forum. You should be able to o what ever you want and not have to explain anything to anybody. Personally, I think that it is a good idea.

    Help!!!!

Easy out will be my favorite way. Gust spray blaster and leave it on. Then dill a hole and use a GOOD easy out to remove the bolt. There are some cheap easy outs out here that are not worth a damn.....

Great idea. If you do that, wait for a while and make sure you have the switches on the right order then do it. You can also print them as clear labels with a pouch label printer. I had done that with all my drill and endmill cabinets.

    the bored machinist

Nice.... I have a few. When I worked as a tool and die maker, they wouldn't let you roll in a Kennedy tool box.... The thing about them is that they never loose their values like the metal ones do. I had a rollaway like that once and I traded it for a used Bridgeport. The Bridgeport made me more...

    Lock nuts vs lock washers

I second that! Also lock nuts are more expensive than lock washers. Also lock washers are more common and easy to find in any store. I wouldn't recommend lock nuts in high temp applications.... The cool thing about lock nuts is that sometimes you might want to leave the nut loose a bit for two...

    Gun ban coming

Plenty of guns, gun varieties and ammo here. After everybody is done buying overpriced guns and ammo the issue will go away just like always goes until the next tragedy then repeat. It never fails. My choices of guns were based on everyday use in harsh environments. Wood grips don't fare well...

Torx screw driver for hood hinge?

Replaced all mine with hex heads so I don't have to deal with striped bolt heads. Take everybody's advice, buy a good set. If you can afford it, go to Sears and buy Craftsman brand. That way, if they get worn out you just go in and get it replaced for free.

What's the deal with dogs and runners?

Terry, it must be your loooooong legs...... LOL. My little dog is the friendliest dog you ever want to meet, except when he sees bikes and motorcycles. I don't know what sets him of but when he sees or hears a motorcycle or sees a bike ( even if the bike rests against something with no rider) he...
