I bought a Duralast pump with a lifetime guarantee & a high flow Hesco thermostat housing. Gonna install pump today & thermostat when it gets here :-D

Good looking out! Also I'm not positive I want to keep the 4.0 in the end so why upgrade what's worked this far. Stock pump is less than $60 too

It says "Works only with a 1" Body lift." :-(

Found a high flow pump from FlowKooler for $107... I might order that tomorrow. Just empty every pocket, right?

She just started leaking today... Should I buy a new gasket or replacement pump. It's got about 185K on it.

I made the last payment on my Wrangler today!!! Now it's time to swap the 14B/D60, 4 link the rear, long arm the front & cut the body :-D

As soon as tax money hits, I'm getting the Teraflex SS SYE so I'll have to look into the linkage kit as well! JPNinPA, looks like I'm missing 4-8 :-( I have the new case in already but no front shaft & no linkage anyway... Soon I'll be on the trails again

A while back my t-case took a poop because of the front drive shaft... new case didn't come with any linkage & mine was all mangled. Does anybody have a pic of the linkage? my Jeep is an '05 TJ X auto trans if that matters.

Well... as I was leaving work yesterday (1 PM) during a level 3 (Emergency Vehicles only) travel advisory, my radiator cracked all the way across the top thermo plastic part... I limp it to the nearest AutoZone to assess the situation. My radiator is toast & the weather with wind chill is -40...

Ok... A lot has happened since I was active last :-( most recent is that my catalytic converter took a big dump on me & crippled the jeep momentarily (auto repair guy told me it was because the jeep was over due for a tune up) I have since cut a hole on the cat so I could get to work & back...

There's a short in the ground wire somewhere between the VSS & C2... tracking that down tomorrow
