I know you've made up your mind about going with a D44 or other upgraded axle, but to due away with some misconceptions. A locked D35 is decent with 35" tires, as long as you drive with common sense. I have a close friend that has lockrights front and rear, 30/35 combo with 35's for 2-3 years...

I painted my roll bar gloss black, and it doesn't really look to glossy. It looks like a compromise between gloss and flat black. I went with gloss black, b/c it was what I already had at the house.

Around here, I wave to Cherokees and Wranglers. The "soccer moms" give you an evil look if you wave at them in the Grand Cherokees or Libertys. I just don't like the evil looks I get, so that's why I don't. However, it is a built Grand Cherokees or Libertys, rare, I'll wave, and they always...

RE: axle replacement They will not fit the BesTop Replacement Tops. They'll only fit the BesTop Supertop, and like Johnny said, the various other brand tops with rounded corners.

Your wheels were about 3 or 4 feet off the ground in that part. I remember seeing you come up. I was more toward the middle of the trail. I was to slow with the trigger finger to catch the shot of you in the air. The count sometime Saturday morning was over 500 trail rigs. It was a great time...
