I was extremely happy with the Borla cat-back I put on my JK. Nice rumble and occasional pop. Don't worry about the warranty. I don't think the muffler will have any effect on that. I put mine on with only a few hundred miles on it.

I had no idea they were that bad on the mileage. I prefer just a couple spots mounted at the base of the windshield myself.

Pretty cool. I wonder if they actually stopped to take pictures which seems like it would slow the entire project down or if they just video the process and then used some kind of program to make it look like a series of pictures. Probably the latter.

The LED light bars don't stick up as high so you may consider those. I doubt the mileage decrease would be that much. They already get terrible mileage anyway.

All the old timers that I've enjoyed watching for years are all gone. 42 doesn't seem like an old timer but I guess in racing he is. The DTE is not accurate. They don't want people pushing it and then running out of gas so they pad the numbers. You still have a few gallons in reserve when it says you are empty.

I think what I would like to see is a return to the basics. A do anything, go anywhere, unstoppable, durable Jeep. Something with minimal electronics, waterproof interior, rubber floor mats and smaller than the current Jeep Wrangler. Must have that open air feeling and 7 slats on the front grill...

But you can add the touch screen radio on as an option. Electric start not an option on manual transmissions but you can add just about everything else except heated seats which would be nice on chilly days with the top off. Thanks! My daughter is pushing me away from the brown like I used to...
