Looks like I need a new front drive shaft boys...what's the census? Tom Woods or Spicer?

Thanks Gennybro! Cheers flatie46! Its wicked to get to go a place and have people appreciate the work I put in....and understand why. I love my Jeep!! Its taking me about a month of weekends...thanks to the weather. But with a busted drive shaft..now's the best time.

And can someone please tell me the difference? Because from what I can find they are both brand names. But basically are the same.

Oh and keep in mind....I have to wait ANOTHER week for TW

Thanks guys...you are right...seems a little fruitless...but until I can afford the sandblasting and powder coating....Im SUPER happy with what Ive done. Heres yesterdays job....so next weekend the front end!!

Ok well here is the verdict....I need a whole new drive shaft....im gonna get more details when I bring the Jeep in. But now my problem...do I go with a Tom Wood or a Spicer?? Same price.

Ok brought the Jeep into the garage today...I couldnt get the diff off myself. Both my guys are kinda in shock as to whymy slip yoke is the way it is. Its at the shop so Ill fi d out wtf is going on probably tomorrow. Keeping fingers crossed.

Wicked! Thxs Superj - Adjustable Rough Country is what I got so I'm glad to hear some positive feedback. Ya death wobble on my Jeep is caused by the tie rod ends and tires needing rotating as well as I have a slow leak in one....so highly doubtful it has anything to do with the trac bar. Sucks...

Ok well here's the verdict: 4 new tie rods & yup...the track bar. I'm not replacing the track bar with the same TerraFlex as it is too HD for my needs at the moment, so I went with a Rough Country (I hope I made the right choice), it was like 200 bones cheaper!! As for the tie rods, they are on...
