The crank position sensor is located at the top driver side of the bell housing and the connector is at the back of the intake

You most likely wont have power comming to the pump and if you dont change the Crank position sensor very common the wires will brake at the sensor get someone to lightly pull on the wires as you crank it and see if it starts

If you got wiring it would be behind the left rear panel hocked in too the tail light connector but if the jeep never had a hitch before It won't have the wiring

Was it over heating befor you changed all that stuff and I got 3 thermostats in a roll from Canadian tire that were no good would not open and before you put in a new thermostat toss it in a boiling pot of water and see if it opens

The sympton you explain leads mr to belive its the tp Did you change the tp sensor because the transmissions shift points is controlled by the out put of that sensor

The coils from a v8 model are no longer best bet is go to your local spring shop and ask for a set of cargo coils give you about 2.5- 3" of lift and I believe a set of 4 is around $200 or opt for a bigger lift
