I would first see if you battery has reads 12 volts on a multimeter. Then I would start by checking the fuses just in case something was blown. Then I would disconnect the terminals from the battery and hook bumper cables to them (make sure the posative is somewere were it won't touch metal.)...

I would not think there is much demand for a part time kit. You could drop a transfercase, and electronic buttons from a blazer/trailblazer (I can't remeber when the bravada switched from blazer to trailblazer), but I would doubt there is a conversion.

I am pretty sure you will have to loosen the box to get enough room to remove shaft off of the splines. On mine you have to remove the bolt completely. The shaft is notched so it will not come out unless the bolt is all the way out.

Do it like mine. Then you will never have to worry about scratches. $24 and I still have a 1/2 can of each color.

Clutch kits are usually around $130+ or so depending on quality. They are not that bad to install but can be really frustrating when you can not get stuff to line up.

If it is a TJ i would go with Anti rock or tera flex disco's. I think teraflex makes the antirock but it is pretty expensive. You do not have to disconnect it. The teraflex discos are very easy to disconnect and built very strong.

XJ axle in a CJ swap? I picked up a lincoln electric 100HD from home depo for $325. So far it has been great. The mig conversion is $100 but you can only weld about 1/2 the thickness. I have done a few projects and I think I am at least starting to learn.

I have the 32-36 Weber. I do not have a regulator but for some resone I have 2 filters. 1 before the pump and one just before the carb. I am not sure if that is causing some of my starting problems. The locker was great. I am pretty excieted to use it on some other trails.
