The Carter carb fix in the "how to" section looks like it is just what I need. I was wondering if I can find out who wrote that so I can ask them another question about the carb.

1988 six cylinder carbureted Wrangler, 5 speed. Starts but will not idle. Can drive but every time it tries to idle down it stalls. There is a hose off the carburetor that based on diagrams is supposed to go to the evaporative canister...however I cannot find the canister...book says it is...
