    Well, I finished it this evening - the engine from Powersource is in and it fired right up! I went through the initial run-in and all checks out. Thanks to all of you who answered my various questions along the way. It is much appreciated!!!

    32's too heavy for the tailgate?

    I just put some 32's on my 94YJ and they look great. I have 5 so I was going to put the 5th on the tailgate. I know it wont fit the stock bracket, so i was considering geting the extender. However, after mounting these tires on all four wheels i realied how much heavier than the stock wheels...

    Best way to clean the intake manifold?

    OK, im about to put in the reman 4.0 in my 94 yj. One of the items the manual stresses is to make sure the intake manifold is clean so you dont suck in crap into the "new" engine and ruin it. So, anyone have any good suggestions on how to do this properly? I did squirt some carb cleaner up...

    pilot bearing help!!!

    I am putting in a reman 4.0 in my 94YJ, but i am having some trouble with the pilot bearing (also replacing the clutch while Im at it). It looks like the pilot bearing (on my old engine) is seated in some sort of bushing at the rear of the crank, but the reman engine does not have this bushing...

    Hesitation... Help!

    My 88 YJ (4.2L) starts fine and runs OK when cold, but after a few minutes (after warming up some) the engine starts hesitating and has significant power loss - almost like it is out of fuel. What would cause it to run poorly only a few minutes after starting? The vacuum hoses all seem fine...

    I have a 88YJ with a 4.2L I6, and oil is blowing back from the valve-cover to the air filter can (via a hose) and saturating the oil filter...
