Tonight My Cherokee just would not start. checked the plug wire no fire checked the coil no fire there so put in another one nothing put in another Ignition Module and still nothing what am i missing here??? oh and i changed the O2 censor and still getting black smoke and the lunging? any ideas?

I have a 90 Cherokee 4.0 inline 6 I am getting a Bad build up of Carbin on my spark plugs and getting all kinds of big bad black smoke out the back pipe. I have changed plugs, plug wires, cap, button, coil, ignition box. I have went through every thing i can think of anyone here have any ideas...
