ARB is the only way to go for a locker that you can turn on and off from the cab. Don't let these jockers tell you to weld your diffs or stuff like that. If your back woods thats great, but if you want the real deal you would use ARB.

Yes the two 12''fans will work. I friend of mine as that set up, and he use the second fan as a back up fan. The fans came out of a honda i think.

All you have to do is buy the o2 and unscrew it from the manifold. un hook the wires. Then re screw the 02 in and plug the wires back in. All you pay for is the part. 5 min Tops.

The clifford header bolt's right on. All you need is a new pipe to the cat.

Bounty is right about the AIC sensor. You might even need a new one. The header should have nothing to do with the idle.

funny noice from my 4.0 Have you checked all the ball joints and the front end stuff. Bad ball joints will make it drive like crap.

Mine did the same thing. But I took out the shims then it got better. I friend of mine did the same thing and his went away too. Good Luck.

You should have 4.10's. I think that the 4.88's gears are the way to go with a 2.5 and bigger tires. The lower the gear the better if your crawling rocks. And if you need more power.

I feel that the ARB air locker is the best all around locker. I've been in trucks and jeeps with others, nothing like the ARB.

I can push 35"s with the 4.88's and the 4 banger but i'll lose 5th gear. So i will stick with the 33's for now.

Ya you will have lot's of power the push 35's.
