I spent the weekend at Burning Rock Offroad Park in Sophia West Virginia, and it was a great time. There are plenty of trails, and they are well marked. They even had a free android app (maprika) that would show you were you were on the trail.
It had been raining for a few days before we showed up, so things were pretty wet. I managed to get stuck in some pretty deep mud, but we were able to pull my Jeep out with a tow rope.
I plan on going back to Burning Rock in the future, it was a blast.
There were some pretty good overviews at the top of some mountains. Definitely good views
