Wheel alignment?

I know someone out there can probably pin this down for me. Yesterday I got the Jeep back from Rhino and they pi$$ed the &*#% outta me. I told them to leave the windows off and I would reinstall them myself so I wouldn't have to worry about damage. They muscled them back on anyhow and install the back window with the tailgate closed scrapping the paint and ripping the rubber seal. They are buying me a new seal and some touch-up paint.

Now the real issue. As you see above they weren't the brightest group. When I got in I noticed they left it in 4 wheel high. They probably had to put it there to reinstall the shift cover, but I don't know what else they did. I drove it home and noticed that when I shift into overdrive about 45 mph I hear a chain rattle. That has been there awhile, but today I also heard a rumble from the right front starting at 40mph. It gets worse when on the gas and it sounds almost like grinding. I looked underneath but don't see anything unusual. I checked the belt and it looked ok. I do have a moist diff cover along the bottom, but no drip at all, and I just did the diffs a month ago maybe. Maybe I'm worrying more than I should, I'm used to driving with full carpets. My gut says it sounds like a bearing though. Any advice?

Well, my buddy got off work and went out with me to see about the noise. There had been a suggestion it was in 4wd or hung up even though the light was off and the shifter was in 2hi. I shifted bettween 2hi and 4hi twice at about 20mph and then tried cruising the highway. It's back to normal. Now the question is what damage and where do I look? I've been driving it since yesterday and it's been raining here.
