gear oil weights

I have a Dana 30 frontend and a 178 LS in the rear. This is my DD and was wondering what the gear oil weight I should use?

Yup, agree with SteelHeadz. 75W-140 for weight and although I'm an Amsoil fan, I suggest as long as you stick with a good synthetic you're on the right track.
