Help Please

i have a 2012 jeep grand cherokee i am trying to disconnect the wiring connector and unable to take it off. i have gone to jeep dealership and they said never seen before. this connector is on passenger side firewall by blow motor. i unscrew bolt and it just spins at this point. i have looked all around box housing and cannot see clip any where. there are 2 holes right side od bolt i have incerted pins and still will not release connector. here is picture would really appreciate advice.

Put your finger around the white part and pull hard. That may just be for pulling on

Did that do the trick? I assume that you're supposed to loosen the bolt first, then pull on the white fingerhold.

after fiddling with it all day, i got it to come loose. this connecter has 2 tabs one on each back side on inside of connector box. you have to use a hook tool to push on sides and twist in box and pull out to release. thank you for wll you help.

Thanks for the followup. Is this a factory connector (as far as you can tell)?

yes it is from factory, there 3 connectors total, 2 passenger side and 1 drivers side.
