Obviously a selectable locker is going to be expensive. I was just wondering if anybody knows of a less expensive selectable locker, that is still of good quality. I know a bunch of yall are probably gonna tell me to go ahead and buy the ARB or a OX but i dont have the money to get one of those.

When it comes to lockers, I rather go with the proven stuff... ARB or OX. I have ARB, but they are MOST DEFENETLY the most expensive ones out there. Still, they always work like a charm at the flick of a switch.

Its not selectable, but if on a budget, the Aussie Locker is a good choice.

Its more street friendly than most of the non-selectables, as it does make the outer shaft turn faster than the inner one on turns, and the inner one is also driven at ground speed, so, its differentiating while both tires are moving you.

Its a lunch box style locker, installs fast, etc....and is a few hundred instead of over $700, etc.

ECTED is another (Electric) selectable, just to add to your ARB, OX list.

:D

if you do go lunch box locker.. aussie is the best one IMHO. I have installed plenty of them, probably the most durable.

i have a lockrite locker in the front of my tj.seems to be holding up to the 35s.when in 2 wheel drive i dont even notice that it is in there ,other than the odd clicking sound when turning tight.becomes a handfull when using 4 wheel drive on ice
