New starter in, no start '04 GC .

Hello. I have a 04 Jeep GC Limited 4.0l . Starter was acting up, slapped a new one in and tried to start it and it turned but no start. It seemed like fuel, I thought maybe it was the fuel pump. I have my mechanic look at it and he went through everything fuel pump is pumping fine. He said that the code had something to do with maybe the computer. I had put a new computer in and still nothing. then I read about the key skim module that is a security system. Some people were bypassing it but I'm not sure if that's the problem. Any suggestions on where to troubleshoot? Greatly appreciated thank you.

Post the actual code.
If the battery was out ling enough the security can cause an issue.

To get the code do the key dance. within 10 sec On, off, on, off, off without starting any time. The code shows in the odometer.
