Off-Road (Driving) Lights on XJ Roof Rack
Wired these bad boys up yesterday out in the freezing cold. Just clamped down on the THULE load bar with metal brackets from the hardware store. Wired them through the gasket around the drivers door, coming in down by the hood release and coming out up by the roof rack. Mounted the switch on the dash. Power source is the ACC on the fuse box under the dash.

As far as aligning them, i just aimed them above the high beams, they're super bright (100w/each).

Wow!!! Good job, make sure you slam door a couple of times. That should take care of that pinch point & your rubber seal. Good luck.

Nice! This looks pretty awesome. The roof rack makes everything easier at night. I had an 09' Jeep Wrangler that had everything done to it - suspension life, 20" wheels with mud terrain tires, and cage doors. The lights were the last to come with 14 high powered HID and LED off-road. It was a great ride. It's good to others doing good work on good cars!
