CAn I install TJ seats in my YJ, and how much modification is required???

if your asking can it be done, yes. is it a bolt in application, not even close. you will need to pretty much cut up the factory YJ seat brackets and mate them to the TJ seat brackets, the method of rear entry between the different models is completely different.... But Fox Body Mustang seats are a near bolt in swap. I think you need to open up one mounting hole a little, but thats all.
