Sound from relay under the glove box

This is making a clicking type sound when the ignition is turned on, and stays clicking while the Jeep is running. Its not loud at all, but have had issues with the battery lately and wonder if this has anything to do it. Need help identify this part, what it does, and if its supposed to make noise. Its located under the glove box, not behind it. I have a 05 Wrangler.Many thanks!

That is the blend door? It's part of the HVAC system. It controls the mixture of outside air to inside air.

Mine stops when the air switch is set to outside air with no cooling. At least on mine, the click is the relay telling the ac clutch to engage and shoot in soke more cool air.
