wheel adapters for 94 wrangler to 08?

i have these stock 2008 wrangler rims and i want to put them on but the bolt pattern is different. Where do you get good adapters? Do you know the specs?

on those new rims what i want to do is paint the triangles(the hole low indent area) in the rim black and leave everything else. i would leave the jeep center, the bars around the bolts and the rim edge ring. i think it will looks sweet. I got these things for free so...

I believe the bolt pattern on those wheels are 5x5.You have a 5x4.5.
