I will say this though, my bud has a 92 yj with a shakle reversal, we drove it from eastern FL to northern AL. that thing is nice and smooth on road.

from what everyone has told me and from what i have seen, when you have a shakle reversal, this ih what happens: when you come up to an obstacle and start to go over it. your tire will move up and back as the suspension compresses. when the tire moves back, it does not put as much pressure on...

ya know whats funny? i took off my front trac bar, and my 91 yj actually handled better on road. i still have me rear trac bar on cuz im lazy, but do you tink it will handle differently?

i dont want a shakle reversal.(i like when the spring compresses it moves the tire forward) i want just the hangers on the rear of the spring lowered a inch. my front drive shaft can fully compress when the suspension drops, so i think lowering the hanger will fix that. to keep the same caster...

i want to relocate my front spring hangers. what i want out of this is 4" lift using 3" springs. is this a bad idea? good idea? what should i look out for when doing this?
