i made a swing away on my jeep, i removed all the stock mounting and used 2-1/2 " sq tube (120 wall) to build a swing away the mounted to my bumper

I build myself a jocky box that sits behind the rear seat and covers the cargo area behind the tailgate, it allows u to lock ur shit in the box and under it i also have 2 large ammo boxes ans 1 small ammo box, i keep -tow straps (2- 20', 2- 10') -20' jumper cables (i made from wealding lead)...

so i just finished replacing the driver side stearing u-join and the DW is gone. i know i should have done both but at the moment im out of a job and also plan on making some big changes to the front end so i will do it when i do the rest of the mods but at least its gone...for now lol

make sure the front and rear u joints of that shaft are in phase.... meaning the yokes of the shaft and the yokes of the diff and transfer case is the same (not sure if it is possible to make it out of phase ) on some shafts the yokes are removable just make sure they are the same you should be...

on my TJ i put a 2" daystar lift (spring blocks) for about $150 gave me enough clearence for my 32s

if you were to put round headlights on it, it would probly be worth 5-6k up in these parts (Sask Canada) you cant touch a jep for less than 5k and one that is in decent shape with a few mods up around 8k thats what i will be posting my TJ for

many of the parts in my front end are dameged (drivers u joint, diff seal and bearing ) and the gears are starting to get chewed up, was wondering if cherekee front end is the same or if i have to find one out of a tj

im looking for a front end for my 97 TJ in it right now is danna 30 4.10 gears been looking at wreckin yards around here but to no avail i would like to swap out the hole front axil diff everything let me know what ya got or any suggestions on where to look, if other stuff will work
