its the one i straight traded for my 87 wrangler. it was an 87 also. i got it for somewhere around 2k. everything worked on it but i had to add freon and put a new master cylinder on it. i put a big bore throttle body on it after i did the lift and tires and what a difference it made in power. if you want to feel like you are driving a rocket, get a bored out throttle body and throw it on your jeep. it will amaze you
