89 alloy wheel repaint repainted again.

Hi , I repainted a set of wheels that i bought myself a couple of months ago and posted pictures here ,but i noticed some thing that prompted me to do them over. When i went wheeling and got a small chip on them it showed up to much so i repainted them in a lighter color so if and when that happens it wont be as noticeable a word to the wise for people painting there rims go with a color that's close to the color of the rim they will look better over the long haul. Its going to be a lot harder to noticed a silver chip on a silver rim.

what did you paint them with and what kind of prep work did it require? Those look NICE.

On the original prep i sanded and wired wheeled the rims and painted, on the second paint i just scuffed up the rim,than used this to paint.

They look great just like they were just painted.This picture taken this past sun (2-22) I added on my bigger rocker pc.
