I converted my TJ to electric fan. Here is what i learned.
1) cfm is what matters. Not enough and you will overheat.
2) pulling not pushing.
3) pulling through the entire radiator by having a shroud that
a. Fits the entire radiator.
b. Is flush with the fan.
c. Has no gaps to pull air from the side and not through the fins
4) do not remove baffles around the radiator that might allow air to go around the radiator
5) temp sensor near/in the inlet.
6) proper sizing of fuse, wire, relay
7) wire from battery to relay for load side.
Wiring an option to run fan 100% is nice when off-roading otherwise it kicks on often.
