Looks like an overseas (non-US) vehicle based loosely on the CJ5.

Somebody's gonna get hurt if you rely on that metal surrounding the cab for protection.

It looks like a real Jeep, though I have never seen one that had a 4 lug wheel pattern on the rear. It appears to be 5 on the front. It also looks like the rear body has been bobbed off and that funky bumper added.
Look under the hood on the firewall for an id tag.

Right-hand drive............Bounty might be onto something!

Can't tell if there's a diff under the front or if those are locking hubs............perhaps it's a converted Postal Service Jeep (2WD).

It does read "Jeep" on the side in front of the door, but the body lines appear so rough it looks like one of many overseas knockoffs.

I also noticed the 4lug rear axle, and the drive flanges on the front axle.

It does look like an Isral Jeep I was stationed there I saw some that look like this but someone did a custom bumper. It is a Jeep but not made in the US not sure were.
