Up and down or in and out a little bit in and out might be ok but a lot u might need to check your diff. But with the way it sounds to make that noise must be lot of play.

I did the whole grab at 12 o clock and 6 o clock and c if there is play. It doesn't make any grinding noise just the bad shaking. I have to to the whole hub assembly cause they aren't rebuildable and its all one piece

Dont buy the cheap assembly. It will fail. Spend the $150 at napa and get the good one.

If you have a bad hub pull the tires off. You will smell the burnt grease in the hub and you can use a pry bar. Also have you checked to see if the outer part of the rotor hasn't separated from the center?

Have you checked all the front end joints? Bushings?

Have you ruled out the rear brakes?
The pulsing at 50 could be wheel balance or alignment.

I have checked all those and when I move the tire they don't move at all. So I ruled them out

I had an alignment done when I bought new tires about 500 miles ago. I'll have to check the rear. The only issue they have given me is the parking brake coming out if adjustment.
