Can someone tell me what the distance is between the top of the front axle tube were the u-bolts are to the bottom or the frame on a stock unlifted YJ? Im trying to figure out how much lift is on the new jeep I just bought and I dont know any other way to do it.

It would all depend on how many miles, what kind of miles, how heavy the jeep is, etc. I know, not what you were looking for, but your going to get varying answers on a question like that.

well, its a 92YJ 4.0 with a lift kit that is 1year old and has been 90% street driven. I dont think that there is much wear on the springs on my jeep. I was hoping for someway to messure the amount of lift that was on this thing, maybe not the way that I asked for but someway to find out the amount of lift. I hate buying a pre lifted jeep but I got a smokin deal on it and it was super clean, I couldnt pass up. Well, any help in this department would be awesome.

I'd think there'd be a way to tell if you could find the part numbers on the springs and ask the company.....not real sure about that, but maybe.

Yeah I looked but I cant find any kind of markings anywhere on the springs. Oh well, its just one of those things that bother me but I guess its no big deal.
