squeak, slam, pop, rumble

I think my Tcase is going/gone...
while driving in 2wd, upon take-off, I get a nasty vibration...
on hard takeoffs, I get a pop...
while driving in 2wd, i get a sqeak with an occasional pop...
while driving in 4wd, same thing...
while in 4lo, i get it all, just twice as fast...
while reversing in 4lo, i get more pops, louder squeaks, and an occasional slam.

I'm gonna get down there and check my fluid levels... but i doubt that would cure my slamming... maybe help with the squeaks[addsig]
