Squeeling Brakes.

My 95 wrangler has started having squeeling brakes, I just had a mechanic look and I have plenty of pad left. He suggests new rotors and ceramic pads. Any suggestions!:?:

I would get the rotors turned if it's glazed and or warped granted that it's still going to meet the min. specification. If you chose the high end pads, they have more metallic in the pads and will cause some squeeling. I usually get the mid grade pads due to it's less mettalic particles that causes the noise. In any which case, in a humid or damp situations, when the vehicle sits overnight, it's common for the brakes to squeel for a moment until after a few brake applications till the minute rust on the pads wears out.
