Anybody know anything about cleaning/replacing the linkage rods in a model 300 transfer case? The rear rod is sticking so that it will not shift giving output to the rear. Pictures and links are also much appreciated. The transfer case is currently out of the Jeep.

Are you talking about the shifter linkage or the shift rails that go into the case? Try turning the rear yoke by hand when you shift it. Sometimes the gears don't want to mesh and you have to let the Jeep roll a little.
