transmission mount

hey guys. i have to take out my transmission mount and put a new one in. could any buddy tell me what is a good way to do this. i have a 1989 yj with a automatic :???: thanks guys.

Support the transmission under the transmission pan with a wide board on a floor jack. You can then lower the transmission crossmember to change the transmission mount.
