Turn signal/hazard light problem

Newbie to working on my CJ7. The park/turn signal lights turn on and the Right turn signal works but when switch on Left turn signal/hazard lights the fuze pops. I have changed the turn signal relay and replaced the turn signal harness (had bad wire) in the steering column but still have problem. I have looked over the wires from the harness to the fuze box as best as I could and haven't found any issues with wires. Any recommendations on what to do next? I am confused since the lights come on and Right turn signal works.
Never had a problem until full roll cage was installed a couple of months ago. The shop checked the wires and said they didn't find any problems but obviously something happened during the install.

Sounds like A hot wire is being grounded when you turn the left signal on and blowing the fuse. Have you traced the wires all the way back from the fuse box to the tail lights? and from one tail light to the other?
