What bumper and winch to buy??

I am looking for a front bumper that is capable of having a winch mounted and has a spot for 2 D rings. I would like to stay under 300, any ideas??

I am also looking for a winch 9000lb and above. I would liek to stay under $700, suggestions?

sorry, 98 TJ 4 banger...I would prefer something quadratec may have in stock as I want to go buy it tomorrow!

Don't know about the bumper - I'm still runnin' the stock one with a Warn winch mount and stock tow hooks. But I bought a 9000# Duke (Asian) winch off eBay for around $450 - was very skeptical but had lots of good feedback from other purchasers and, so far (knock on wood), it's been a great winch. Last time I checked my 4wd catalog, both Warn and Ramsey have come out with some cheaper models (don't know about the 9000#, tho). Good luck to ya' - I searched and researched for months before I finally made the plunge. Now, if I could only get a bumper.............
