With all of the horror stories of people getting burned deep frying turkeys I got a little apprehensive about doing it for the first time.
Warning labels all over every supply you buy & news stories of people burned beyond recognition, even the guy from Allstate talking about how dangerous it is.

I love me some deep fried turkey! The first time I ever had it was from a roommate back about 15 years ago. Everyone thought he was crazy but dang that's some juicy turkey.

You know...the funny thing is... is isn't greasy like you'd expect. It is however, juicy.

It's good, but I prefer the traditional roasting method.
