    blower motor wiring

I posted a little while ago about my AC/Heater fan not blowing above the lowest speed. I figured out it was the ground going into the blower motor. I ran another ground to the body, now my fan blows full speed and won't shut off. I guess I need to replace that whole wiring and connector, but...

    yokes can leak?

I just had to replace the rear and front pinion seal on my TJ. Apparently its pretty common. Its pretty easy to do if you're mechanically inclined. Mine was leaking like yours. Its been a week and no more stains in the driveway. My HOA is a lot happier now.

    Rear Pinion Seal

I'm about to replace my rear pinion seal on my '99 Jeep TJ. Do I really have to removed the rear axles to do this?

    Shocks

My thinking was if you put that shock on a 2" lift, it would be really stiff. Then turn around and put that same shock on a 6" lift, it would be real spongy. That's just quite a bit of range for a shock to cover. So do these shocks actually work and good quality or what?

    Shocks

Recently while I was in Dallas, I was shopping around for shocks. Just out pure desperation, I called Autozone. I have a 4" lift on my TJ. The salesman informed me that they carry a shock that can go on a 2 to 6" lift. Has anyone heard of a single shock that can adjust like that and are they...

    Rear axle movement

Looks like there's some damage to that one side. Are you sure the fender just isn't bent in some?

    New brake lines

I find it easy to bend and shape brake lines as long as you have the right tools. Just remember you need a flaring tool as well.

    jeep tj braking problem

If you aren't careful, you can actually push the piston out. Was it pulling to the passenger side?

    jeep tj braking problem

Did you hit the brake with the caliper off? If so, that is not a good thing. You can push the piston out, then you just bought yourself a new caliper.

    jeep tj braking problem

Unbolted them from the caliper and apply a then coat of lube. You can get lube from any parts store. If the glide pins look rusted, I would just replace them. They are also pretty cheap.

    rolling resistance

Bridgestone APT4 is also a good one. Its a more aggressive highway tire without the loud roar.

    jeep tj braking problem

It could be one of the rotors are under specs, one caliper is applying more force than the other, caliper pins (glide pins) are dried and need to be lubed. There are tons of stuff that could cause this. If just had your brakes done, there could be air in the lines. The best bet would to get a...

Fan not blowing at all now

Obstruction? There's nothing obstructing the fan. The fan blows too good now and won't stop. I'm just going to do the toggle switch.

Fan not blowing at all now

Update. I pulled the blower motor out and hooked it up to a battery and worked just fine. Then I put in a wire into the ground from the connector to some random bolt, turned on the Jeep, and the fan started right up full blast, but only on full blast and won't turn off. I'm assuming I have to...

Fan not blowing at all now

At first the AC/Heater was only blowing on the lowest setting. Now it isn't blowing at all. I've tried a new fan motor resistor and a new fan switch, none of that worked. All the wires going into the switch and the resistor are clean and not melted. The only thing I can think of is the...

    Fan Won't Blow on High

Its not the switch. The wires all look good. No sign of melting on either the plug into the switch or resistor. Any other suggestions?

    Fan Won't Blow on High

Its not just the high. The lowest setting is all that it will blow, no higher.
